UNSHIPPED CANCELLED ORDERS are subject to a 10% restocking fee

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. ALL NEW FIREARMS ARE UNDER MANUFACTURER’S FULL WARRANTY.

FIREARM SHIPPING

Firearms will only be shipped to an authorized FFL Dealer.  Gun purchasers and owners are responsible for compliance with all Federal, State and local laws governing the purchase, ownership, possession and use of firearms. Firearms returned to us for compliance issues will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Approve shipment with your FFL TRANSFER DEALER FIRST. Please ensure your dealer is willing to accept & that the firearm is compliant in your state. Items that are returned due to a refused or multiple missed delivery attempts will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

INSPECT your firearm BEFORE the transfer is complete. Once you leave the store, you cannot return your gun for any reason.

FIREARM AND MAGAZINE SALES

Must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun. 

Must be 21 or older to purchase handgun.

States have different rules and regulations for sales that are subject to change.

We do not ship Firearms 

Over 10 rounds: California, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New York

Over 15 rounds: Colorado and New Jersey

PROCESSING

Orders cannot be processed until the FFL is received. FFL’s received after 2pm will begin processing the next business day. We are closed on Sundays/Mondays

PROCESSING can take up to 7 business days. Due to heavy fraudulent activity, If your billing and shipping information is different, your order may be held for up to 3 weeks pending verification.

They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.
